I have severe pain in my chest on the right side, which worsens with breathing, movement, and specific arm movements. The pain started shortly after lifting my granddaughter overhead. I had a hysterectomy 2 years ago and have had only 1 sexual encounter a week ago, which resulted in incredible pain, soreness, itch, and now bleeding. I've been keeping the area clean and applying antibiotic cream to reduce itch. The blood is a light brownish color and does not burn when urinating. I've been taking hormone replacement for 6 months, which is very effective. My boyfriend is larger than normal, and I initially thought it might be a tear, but now a week has passed and it seems to be getting worse.
