Over the past couple of weeks, I have noticed a lot of grainy, cream-colored specks in my stool. I am also experiencing symptoms such as tiredness, lightheadedness, and cramping, which I usually get before my period. What could these specks be, and should I be concerned?

My husband has neuropathy and experiences constant pain and burning in his feet. He has tried Gabapentin and high doses of Lyrica, but the pain is worsening. He has no feeling in the bottoms of his feet and struggles to walk due to the pain. We are on Medicare and considering a scooter for him to get fresh air and go shopping. What is your opinion on this, and how can we encourage him to walk despite the pain?
