About 2 and a half months ago, I took the mini pill for about a week and stopped due to feeling weird. A week later, I had a normal 5-day period. Now, I am 15 days late for my next period, experiencing sore breasts, increased discharge (no odor), nausea, lower back pain, and cramps, but no period. Two days ago, I had some discharge with brown bits, but only when I wiped after using the toilet, and it hasn't happened again. I took a pregnancy test 7 days late, which was negative. Could I have an infection? Please help.

I have missed my period for 4 months already. There's no chance of pregnancy, and all the tests my doctor did came in negative. I recently lost more than 20 pounds, could that be the reason?

How long after my appendectomy should I reasonably expect to continue suffering from stomach cramps (lower stomach) and loss of appetite? I had my appendix taken out late Wednesday night and I still have cramps and am scared to eat because food seems to fuel the cramps. Friends tell me that anesthesia can make your stomach upset for several days after getting 'knocked out'. Please comment.
