I think I'm getting a UTI, with symptoms including abdominal cramps, itching above the pubic hair line, and possible pus in my urine. I've been tested for STDs and do not have a new sexual partner. I'm considering using a home remedy but am concerned about the infection coming back without antibiotics. I have a doctor's appointment tomorrow, but if symptoms worsen, should I go to the ER? Additionally, I have leftover Cipro from a previous UTI. Can I start taking it to avoid the ER, or could it create a resistant infection?

My dad has been diagnosed with lung cancer and is currently undergoing treatment with Tarceva (Erlotinib). He is interested in trying Waiora (Natural Cellular Defense), a zeolite product approved by the FDA, for alternative treatment. We are concerned about potential drug interactions between Tarceva and Waiora. How can we determine if there are any interactions, and is it safe for him to start using Waiora alongside his current treatment?
