For the last 2-3 months, I have been experiencing extreme heat sensations, dryness, and sensitivity under my left arm and lower jaw of my mouth, along with nausea, fatigue, bone pain, and a nosebleed from my left nostril for the first time. I have a deep cut on my shin from a fall 3 weeks ago. The cut starts to scab but breaks open again when I move around and work, releasing a clear liquid that dries into a white/green substance. I have been cleaning the cut every other day and have received a tetanus shot and antibiotics from my doctor. How can I treat this cut to heal better and faster, and prevent the pus from returning?
