I am experiencing frequent palpitations, especially when sitting or lying down. I am currently affected by sinus drainage and take a beta blocker, cholesterol medication, and a low-dose aspirin inconsistently. I also have hot flashes, mostly during early morning sleep. The tip of my right index finger feels numb (for about 1 1/2 weeks now) and I also have some swelling on my right knee that won't go away (about three weeks now). I don't feel pain but the swelling feels like gel just below my knee cap. I have been doing some motorcycle riding off-road and have worked my body hard. Is this serious even though I don't feel pain?
