How do you treat a pinched nerve in the right arm, and where can I get an EMG to diagnose it?

I had a root canal on a molar that cracked in half after a month, causing gum discomfort. My dentist recommended extraction. Can't the tooth be glued or repaired with a crown or other remedy? If gluing won't work, why can't the crack be widened to create two teeth and then capped? Is there a cutting-edge solution that an average dentist might not know about?

I was hit in the side of my head (on accident) and heard a large pop. I now can hardly hear out of my ear, my throat hurts on that side, and blood came out of my ear canal, which makes me believe something tore or ruptured. Is there anything I can do to speed the healing process so I can hear normal again, or will I be slightly deaf in that ear forever?

For about 2 months, I have been experiencing dizziness and chest discomfort. Recently, I discovered that my house was filled with raw gas due to a faulty gas faucet.
