I have periodic pain in my left arm, specifically in the mid-bicep area, which comes and goes. I was on Lexapro for 8 months and gained 40 lbs. I was then switched to Wellbutrin to help lose the weight. I started a weight training and cardio regimen, gained 3 lbs., which I believe was muscle, and have since lost it. I've been drinking more water and eating healthier, but can't seem to lose more weight. What can I do to increase my metabolism and start losing weight?
