1) If a lease in a subdivision that does not allow renting (against the HOA, Glendale, AZ) is void, can the property owner still pursue legal action against the renter for damages fixed by the renter? 2) Which Arizona law specifies the conditions under which a landlord can enter a tenant's home? 3) If a landlord enters a tenant's home without approval and steals the tenant's personal property, what legal consequences could the landlord face?

If I'm moving to another state, can I get my driver's license there, and do I have to take a DUI class in that state if my license was suspended due to a DUI?

I am applying for naturalization and need to answer the question on the N-400 application: 'Have you ever been arrested, cited, or detained by any law enforcement officer (including USCIS or former INS and military officers) for any reason?' In May 2008, I received a citation and a Summons for a summary non-traffic case related to public drunkenness. I paid the fine in full. Should I check 'Yes' or 'No' for this question, and how should I describe the outcome if I check 'Yes'?

Our family booked a cruise on Royal Caribbean through a travel agent, who was told by RC personnel that a 4-month-old baby would not be a problem despite the 6-month age limit. This misinformation may cause the whole family to cancel. Who is responsible for this error, and is it reasonable to ask for a full refund for our whole group? Should we threaten a lawsuit to strengthen our chances of getting a full refund?

I have a small band as a hobby and recorded a CD using several friends. One drummer is angry because he feels we recorded more songs without him, even though it was known that I would use many different people. He threatens to stop the release and cause legal issues. He signed no contract but was implied to be part of the project. I paid for all studio time and no one was paid for performance. Would this drummer be able to stop the CD from coming out or have a legal case? Should I consider re-recording his tracks to avoid potential issues?

On 12/01/11, Albuquerque, NM experienced 90 mph winds that caused our secured trampoline to be blown into a neighbor's yard. The trampoline was undamaged and no damage was done to the neighbor's property. However, two weeks later, we received a call from a man claiming our trampoline damaged his bush and demanding a new one. We never met this man, and his property was vacant at the time. We are now facing court proceedings over this issue. What should we do?
