A customer owes about $11,500 for services and a little over $1000 in interest, with a bill that is 6 months past due. The customer is located in Missouri and has not responded to monthly bills or phone calls. The customer was at fault for damage to part of his soybean crop due to bad information given and refused to pay the bill afterward, continuing to use the services without payment. What are the options for collecting this debt?

I have been involved in three Class Action Settlement funds from Costa Rica SUGEF, where I was required to pay fees upfront. I have paid $10K on one, $5K on another, and $9K on the third, but I am concerned that I will never see any Settlement funds. I have all the wire transfer records and Legal Contracts. What can I do to resolve this situation and get my fees returned?

I have been affected by asbestos exposure and improper abatement cleaning by three companies in California, resulting in chemical lesions and sick symptoms. I need to attend a trial conference and subpoena my witnesses but do not know how. I've been sick and unable to submit my ex parte motion or subpoena my witnesses. My trial conference is February 16. What's the best way to get this done expediently, and what forms do I need to fill out for a continuance and an ex parte motion? Can I use email to confirm witness attendance or do I need to subpoena them? Additionally, I'm confused about the defendants' use of motions for summary judgment and ex parte motions, and I need to know what type of lawyer I may need to deal with this type of deception.

For the DS-260 form, is a health physical required for the form submission? If so, what does this entail? How long would one expect the response time after submission?

I am negotiating an agreement with a business that I sued. They proposed paying me the amount they owe with the stipulation that I sign a confidentiality agreement. I would like it reviewed to ensure I am not putting myself at a disadvantage, especially regarding potential liability in the future and the handling of the discontinuance of the case.

I am being sued by Preston and Associates for Wells Fargo on an auto loan that is 16 years old, alleging breach of contract due to a bankruptcy two years prior. They are demanding $16,000 or threatening to put a lien on my home. Is this a scam, and is the statute of limitations for such cases in Washington State still applicable?
