A district court judge, on remand from the State Supreme Court finding in my favor against a town Zoning Board of Adjustment, made false and untrue statements in his judgement instructing the ZBA to grant a variance to me. These statements were a direct attack on my character, impugned my integrity, and damaged my reputation, causing the ZBA to appeal to the State Supreme Court, resulting in more litigation cost and time for me. The judge retired shortly after writing the order. The case went back to the State Supreme Court on appeal, where 3 justices again found in my favor without oral arguments. Do I have any recourse regarding the district court judge?
