My ex-boyfriend secretly recorded sex videos of me without my consent and uploaded them to YouTube. When I discovered this and confronted him, he reported me to the police for computer tampering and unlawful use of a computer, resulting in my arrest. I have evidence of his admission and witnesses who can testify that he showed the videos to others. I believe he committed a felony under Stephanie's Law. What should I do to defend myself and press charges against him?

I'm looking for guidance on whether I can assign the grievances we have against a company who has sued us for breach of contract, for which we filed a counterclaim. Our issues with them are classifiable under a return breach of the contract, implied and or specific, as they did not do what they were hired to do, damaged real property, trespassed, and ultimately have not provided an invoice, any attempt at collections, or even a late notice for an invoice, for which they're basing their suit against us on (our BOC - non-payment). I can send, in brief, the various breaches of contract we feel they have committed against us. I am leaning toward consequential damages, given that this seems to one associated with contract law. Some of the breaches fall under tort, for instance trespass, and I have no idea how to classify these.
