How can I appeal a felony Hit and Run conviction where a plea bargain was accepted after the defendant was pressured into accepting the plea by court-appointed counsel, and after being denied a chance to view the evidence or receive counsel about it?

I'm looking for guidance on whether I can assign the grievances we have against a company who has sued us for breach of contract, for which we filed a counterclaim. Our issues with them are classifiable under a return breach of the contract, implied and or specific, as they did not do what they were hired to do, damaged real property, trespassed, and ultimately have not provided an invoice, any attempt at collections, or even a late notice for an invoice, for which they're basing their suit against us on (our BOC - non-payment). I can send, in brief, the various breaches of contract we feel they have committed against us. I am leaning toward consequential damages, given that this seems to one associated with contract law. Some of the breaches fall under tort, for instance trespass, and I have no idea how to classify these.

I worked for a large HMO and accepted a job as the head nurse for an oncology infusion center. Two nurses, including one who heads the nurses' union, have been bullying me. The union head nurse threatened me, and I reported it to my supervisor, who did not document it. Now, my managers are angry because I did not write it up, and they say nothing can be done. Is this true, and what should I do?

URGENT! I received an email from Joe's lawyer stating I can pick up all her exhibits and evidence against me today or in the morning. I have two main concerns: 1) What immediate actions should I take given the late delivery of these documents? 2) Does picking up the evidence imply agreement to her submitting it in court? Additionally, I discovered she subpoenaed one of my kids' teachers without proper notice, filed it late, and did not provide a witness list. Lastly, I need to address serious allegations of molestation involving my children and their family members. How should I handle these issues in court and in my communications with the lawyer?
