My moving company, Colonial Van Lines, has not delivered our belongings since July 28th. They were supposed to bring them to Gastonia, North Carolina, but now claim they are in Florida. We have called and emailed multiple times, even reaching out to the company's president and vice president, but have received no resolution. They have brought someone else's items to our house and demanded payment for them. We have no refrigerator or household items, and have been paying for two rent bills. I was placed on PTI a year ago and completed all requirements, including paying fines. However, due to a misunderstanding with my PTI officer and missing an appointment due to a family emergency, I was reported as not completing my terms.
