A friend was pulled over for speeding and received a DUI. All charges were dropped in court due to the speeding ticket not being attached to the DUI, so there was no probable cause for stopping her. Her car was impounded, and she wants to know if she is liable for all the storage charges due to the case being dismissed completely. Please advise.

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?
