A judge previously ruled on an objection in my case, but at a recent status conference, the opposing party brought up the same objection without any new circumstances, and I was not given a chance to respond. The same judge then made a new ruling based on this objection. What can I do to address this situation?

My son, age 24, sent explicit photos to a girl he believed to be 18, but her father now claims she is 16 and has extorted money from my son. If we go to the police, could my son end up with a criminal record, and is it possible to get the money back?

I was recently contacted by my cousin who informed me that through Ancestors.com, she was called by a man who claimed to be my son and that she was his second cousin, with their DNA matching. I would like to know if I can sue Ancestors.com for providing this information without my permission or a blood test, and if I can put a restraining order on this person to prevent them from contacting my relatives and children. I am located in Pennsylvania.

I would like to sue the people living behind me who have set up a portable basketball hoop on an access road, causing them to trespass on my property when they play. I have called the police several times, but no report was ever completed, and now the police will not come out. The HOA says the access road is an extension of everyone's property and cannot tell someone where to put these hoops, even though I was given guidelines stating where these hoops were to be placed when I moved in 12 years ago. What legal actions can I take?

I have a small claims case in Michigan where someone is suing me for $850 over a plow mount installation on his 2004 truck, claiming I destroyed his mount and caused his radiator to leak. I have witnesses who will back me up. What should I do to win this case?
