My 30-something unemployed, insomniac son had been prescribed benzodiazepenes for anxiety and insomnia when he was employed and had insurance. This condition is familial. As his father, I shared my benzodiazepene prescription with him because he had none. His girlfriend stole them, and I reported the theft to local authorities. The girlfriend has entered a 'not guilty' plea at the arraignment; trial is next. Do we need documentation of his prescription, or do we already have a problem sharing this prescription for a familial, professionally-diagnosed, disorder?

I bought a Bulldog in August 2008, and she started having knee problems in November 2008. She's only 10 months old as of March 10, 2009. She already had a $3,500 surgery on one knee, and now she needs another one that will cost $7,000. I paid $3,000 for her. Should I take the pet store to court even though they told me they do not cover knees and hips, and we signed paperwork stating that, but we didn't know it was on there until now? Should I do something, or am I just plain screwed? Please help if you can.
