After a judge made a ruling, how do I compel the judge to look at new evidence or information which was not available at the first application? The judge refused to acknowledge receipt of my motion for reconsideration, and the appeal filed only looks at information at the time of trial and does not consider new evidence. New evidence shows perjury, fraud, and deception by both the litigant and his attorney.

I work for a state agency in Nevada as a full-time, classified law enforcement officer without union representation. I am a Black female and the only one in my office. I have been experiencing discrimination based on my race and possibly my age, which has affected my opportunities within the organization but not my salary. I have extensive documentation and have tried to resolve the issue with supervisors, but my concerns were dismissed. My position was reclassified against my will, and I was forced to undergo a desk audit without receiving the results. Information about my reclassification was shared with a co-worker but not with me. I am concerned about filing a complaint due to the agency's legal resources and potential retaliation. What are my options and chances of success in filing a discrimination complaint?

I need help writing an answer to a civil complaint as a motion to dismiss based on the Statute of Limitations (SOL). The complaint is from my Homeowners Association (HOA) for past dues, which are past the SOL. Additionally, in the State of PA, is it necessary for the grantee to sign the land deed, as it was only signed by our attorney, and does this affect responsibility for HOA dues?
