After a judge made a ruling, how do I compel the judge to look at new evidence or information which was not available at the first application? The judge refused to acknowledge receipt of my motion for reconsideration, and the appeal filed only looks at information at the time of trial and does not consider new evidence. New evidence shows perjury, fraud, and deception by both the litigant and his attorney.

I married my wife in Brooklyn, NY on 01-11-2005, and she divorced her ex-husband in Egypt on 03-07-2006. She has documents of a divorce from her ex-husband in 2004 but refuses to provide them to me.
