I need help writing an answer to a civil complaint as a motion to dismiss based on the Statute of Limitations (SOL). The complaint is from my Homeowners Association (HOA) for past dues, which are past the SOL. Additionally, in the State of PA, is it necessary for the grantee to sign the land deed, as it was only signed by our attorney, and does this affect responsibility for HOA dues?

I had a procedure with a urology clinic that resulted in an infection, bleeding, and intense pain during urination. I had to go back for additional treatment and incurred more costs. What steps can I take to address this issue, and is there a possibility of a medical malpractice claim?

We have a shared common driveway and the neighbors continually let their large aggressive dogs roam, making it unsafe for us to access this area. What are the laws regarding this common area, and what steps can we take to address this issue?

As a finance director of a nonprofit, I was instructed to test the company's credit card internal controls by placing an order over $1000 using an employee's card. The plan was to cancel the order after the credit card company's response, but the order was not cancelled and items were shipped. I have returned the items and contacted UPS to stop further deliveries. What should I do now, and could I potentially face legal issues for using another employee's card in this test?

I have a farm in Florida and a part-time helper got seriously injured. He was on disability with heart problems and had his own insurance (Medicare and Medicaid). I didn't know about his health issues until after the accident. Can I lose my farm over this? What about my savings? How can I protect my assets?
