My medical bills are being paid via my health insurance and my own insurance policy. The other party's auto insurance company is asking for my medical bills and records. My own insurance policy includes Personal Injury Protection (PIP) of $8,000, medical payments of $5,000 per person, and Bodily Injury Caused By An Underinsured Auto of $250,000 per person. What is the maximum amount my own insurance will pay for medical bills related to the accident, and what should I do if my medical bills exceed this amount? How can I find out my total medical expenses to date? Should I provide my up-to-date medical bills and records while still receiving treatments, or wait until the end of my treatment? What should I do if the at-fault driver at the time of the accident is not the owner of the policy?

I am a live-aboard at Palm Harbour Marina in SW Florida. The marina has a service department but does not offer bottom cleaning services. They are now requiring that my diver submit his bill to the marina and then the marina will invoice me, marking up the invoice without providing any service. Is this legal, and what should I do if I suspect it is not?
