An official transcript from a national board exam I have taken under nonstandard conditions (for a disability; well documented) will indicate 'Not taken under standard conditions.' Future employers will know I have a disability but not the specifics. I feel my rights are being violated and I am worried about my application being discarded despite my achievements. How can I ensure my disability is seen as a strength and not a disadvantage, and how do I protect myself from potential discrimination?

I hired a tree company to cut my tree, and they caused damage to my neighbor's driveway. The tree company offered to repair the damage but my neighbor refused and asked me to file a claim with my homeowner's insurance, which was denied. I was issued a ticket for allegedly being parked in a prohibited area - Fire Lane at a Wal-Mart. The problem is I was never parked. I was waiting on my wife in a parking spot till she came out. I then went to pick her up and instead of blocking traffic, I moved over out of the way of traffic. I never put the vehicle in park. Can they write a ticket in Texas on private property, and if I fight it, would Wal-Mart have to appear?
