John W. asked
Are there any Pennsylvania laws requiring me to provide a copy of my child's birth certificate for school enrollment? The school is threatening that my child will not be allowed to attend if I do not provide it.

I worked for a restaurant and had $6000.00. They asked if I wanted to take over, and I agreed. I went to their lawyer and talked, but now I've done all the required filings and started. We agreed on equipment being fixed for $1500, lease, and half of the bills. I gave them $3200.00 for the lease and bills, but they refused to help fix a broken grill. Since no papers were signed, I walked away. Is there a way to get my cash back?

My boss is not your typical boss. He hires people under the table, is racist, curses and verbally abuses his employees on a daily basis, is sexist, and has made sexually harassing comments more than once to my wife, who works with me. I have eye witness accounts and recordings to back this up. He is the most awful boss in existence. Can I sue him?

Can you get your charges dropped after filing charges/filing a complaint on someone for domestic assault, theft, and damage to personal property?

I had a penis implant installed and it never worked due to some other medical problems, so I postponed redoing the surgery for several months. Now, I need to have it redone and was told I have to pay upfront. I believe I should not have to pay since the appliance was faulty and I should be compensated for the lack of function over the last year, as well as for the additional time off work and the risks of the surgery.

We have an excavating business in Cook County, MN. We are being denied permits to build septic systems, driveways, turnarounds, and access to lakeshore on one to two acre lots on inland lakes and Lake Superior. Do the property owners have any recourse?
