I am seeking a Civil Rights Attorney who is very familiar with constitutional law, the Bill of Rights, and rights violations. I plan to file a lawsuit under Title 42 US Code sections 183 and 185, specifically for deprivation of rights under the color of law and conspiracy to interfere with civil rights, respectively. I am in Ohio but will file in federal district court. I have done research and have a first draft of my complaint. I am considering proceeding pro se with the help of a legal coach for phone consultations. What steps should I take to find a suitable attorney or legal coach, and how can I ensure my pleadings are concise and precise?

I was harassed by my cable company after making an appointment for a technician to replace a defective cable box. They repeatedly called me, including late at night, with automated and outsourced calls where I was yelled at to cancel the appointment. This continued from the time I made the appointment until the technician arrived. I want an executive from the company to call and apologize, as I believe their actions crossed the line into harassment. Additionally, I was told by an Optimum employee that it has been Altice's practice to dissuade customers from having home visits when there will be no visit charge. Is this behavior illegal, and how can I determine if I have a case?
