As a commercial business owner/manager, I sometimes need to remove trespass violators. When the violator refuses to leave, I request police assistance. However, the police often refuse to remove the violators from the property and do not issue trespass warnings. Do the police have the right to overrule my decision and refuse to execute my trespass warning request? Is there any difference between dealing with stranger trespassers and independent contractor renters (e.g., beauticians in a salon)?

My son's monthly payment for his Sallie Mae student loans has increased significantly, and he cannot afford the new amount. He currently pays federal loans as well, and his adjusted gross income is under $10,000 a year, which is at the poverty level. What options are available to help him manage these payments and avoid defaulting on his loans?

In a small claims court case where I sued a contractor for substituting cheaper hardwood, the judge denied my motion for a forensic examination of a fake receipt and later ruled in favor of the defendant without explanation. After appealing, the Supreme Court directed the trial court to consider my motion for rehearing. Does the order for rehearing mean only my motion will be discussed, or can I present new evidence and discuss the case from the beginning? Additionally, can I challenge the judge, and if so, how and when?
