As a US expat working in Canada, my position is being eliminated and I was provided a severance package based on US standards. I have discussed this with HR and an attorney, and the firm wants me to relocate back to Houston before my termination date, making me subject to Texas laws. My relocation agreement from Houston to Calgary was signed while I was in Calgary. My original employment document from Michigan states I am an 'at-will' employee. Which laws govern my case: Canadian, US, or Texas?

In a dispute involving a vacation booked by a broker, where 10 people are involved and an NDA is required, can individuals sign separate NDAs or does it have to be one NDA for all? The management company requires a single NDA for everyone, but the guests prefer individual NDAs due to concerns about liability if someone else violates the agreement.

On 07/29/2019, my family experienced an electrical explosion in our apartment due to mold and inadequate electrical circuit connections. We have been paying rent on time for 7 years and have complained about ventilation and mold issues, especially in a room where my disabled elderly relative sleeps. We have tenant's rights to withhold rent until repairs are made. Where can we find a good lawyer for our case in Georgia?

My husband passed away suddenly on December 27th. I was signed up for Medicare Part A but forgot to sign up for Part B during the enrollment period due to the shock. I was covered by COBRA for six months and then enrolled in Blue Cross Medicare. I have $3,500 in doctor bills from a colonoscopy and a urologist visit during the COBRA period, which Aetna refused to pay because they said I should have been on Medicare. Can you help me with this matter?
