My husband passed away suddenly on December 27th. I was signed up for Medicare Part A but forgot to sign up for Part B during the enrollment period due to the shock. I was covered by COBRA for six months and then enrolled in Blue Cross Medicare. I have $3,500 in doctor bills from a colonoscopy and a urologist visit during the COBRA period, which Aetna refused to pay because they said I should have been on Medicare. Can you help me with this matter?

I am finalizing a divorce in Virginia, Fairfax County. The settlement agreement includes a subsection about attorney's fees and costs, but it only covers the negotiation and preparation of the Agreement. I want the attorney's fees and costs wording to apply across the entire divorce process, including after the Agreement is signed, up to the finalization of the divorce. How can I modify the wording in the Agreement to ensure I only pay 50% of my spouse's attorney's fees and costs throughout the entire divorce process?

I recently went to an auto shop for diagnostic tests. After driving off, my front driver side tire came off due to the mechanic forgetting to screw it back on. The shop only fixed the studs and lugs, but my wheel alignment and body work are now issues. The manager was rude and dismissive. The district manager has offered to assess the damages, but I'm skeptical. I'm also experiencing anxiety about driving. Do I have grounds to sue, and if so, what should my next steps be?

Last month, the police raided our home due to my husband's drug-selling activities in the basement. I had no knowledge of this. The landlord later informed me to vacate the house by August 15th, citing drug activity. Is this all they need to do, or do they have to go to a courthouse and file eviction papers? I thought I would have at least 30 days. I am in Virginia, and I'm currently trying to pack up and find a new place to live, but I don't have a license or car, making it difficult.

I bought a new car and plan to voluntarily surrender my old car, which is upside-down by $6100, while continuing to pay toward the old loan. How will this affect my credit, and what steps should I take to minimize any negative impact?

My ex-employer provided me with a falsified resume, marketed me, and I got a job based on that. However, I was later fired. After two months without contact, I found a new job using the same falsified resume. Now, my ex-employer is filing a case against me, demanding 20% of my monthly salary. What should I do?
