A judge dismissed 6 of my counts 'with prejudice' instead of 'without prejudice'. What steps do I take to get a 'without prejudice' judgment? Do I need to file a Motion to Appeal to the Appellate Division, an Order, Certification, and a Certificate to verify mailing? Is there anything else I need to do, including obtaining an Appeal form?

I am employed with a company called CRST. I signed a contract with them stating I will work for them for 10 months in exchange for them paying for my CDL schooling. They had me register as a resident of Iowa (where I attended school) despite living in Virginia.
