Bought a piece of furniture for $7000, but it was destroyed during delivery. We want the furniture replaced, but the store is giving us a hard time since last November. They want to repair it, but we do not want it repaired due to significant damage. We live in Ohio and have not sought help from a local attorney or consumer protection advocate yet. What should we do to resolve this issue?
