Can a company withdraw a job offer after submitting the letter? The candidate made a counter proposal and we haven't answered yet. What happens if we come back and say that we are not interested anymore? The candidate is supposed to sign the letter until today. We are in Georgia and stated the Employment At Will note in our job offer.

I saw a psychotherapist for ten years due to an abusive and traumatic childhood. After terminating therapy, I discovered she published a 'fictional' novel containing scenarios from my personal history. While she didn't use my name, I'm disturbed that she used my trauma for her own gain. Do I have any private legal recourse or any recourse at all?
