I had some catering equipment on consignment with Jason Ashworth, who used to work for ERS Equipment Solutions. He no longer works for the company, and I'm wondering how to solve this problem and recoup my money. I'm in WA, and I've tried contacting him but he ignores my calls.

How can I get a judgment lien released against my property in Manassas, VA, so I can sell my house? The house is under contract, but the title cannot be cleared due to the judgment lien. The debt was sold to another debt collector, but the court records still show the judgment in the original law firm's name.

My 7-year-old grandson was bitten by the family dog in Florida. The dog bit a chunk out of his side, and the hospital couldn't sew it due to lack of skin, so they taped it together. The hospital filled out a form about the incident but didn't take pictures of the wound. What does the hospital do with the form, and are they obligated to turn it in to animal control? I'm concerned because the family doesn't want to lose their dog, but I want to prevent this from happening again.

I understand the bank only reports deposits of $10,000 or more to the IRS. But do they report to the IRS if an account reaches $10,000 or more? Or is it only large deposits? Also, will an amendment to my tax return spark an audit, especially if the change is minimal?

I filled out a DMV form incorrectly in 2006, stating I never had a New York state license when I actually had a permit under a false name in 1998. This led to an investigator informing me I couldn't make any DMV transactions and had to turn myself in for a misdemeanor. I was unable to get a new permit due to this issue. It's been 11 years since then. Do I still have a hold on my DMV transactions, or has the statute of limitations passed? I was incarcerated from May 2014 and am currently on home confinement and probation. Would I be able to go to the DMV and get my New York state ID?
