Does a public hospital have the right to issue a trespassing warning based on a lie and deny healthcare when they have monopolized the healthcare in the area, and they are the only ones with certain specialists? The hospital is also a teaching hospital, and I am in South Carolina.

My father is deceased, as are both of his spouses. There are unclaimed capital credits in an account that his children would like to claim. Would we need a death certificate of his second spouse to be able to claim those monies? All parties had wills. He has been deceased for 20 years, and his second wife for 10 years. I have moved across the country and opened a new bank account. I want to use checks written to me from my previous East Coast bank accounts to deposit some money into the new account. Additionally, I want to write a check to myself from my Bank of America account for approximately $4000 and cash it once it clears. Is this possible, and will the bank provide me with the money once the check clears?

I was fired from Merrill Lynch and they made false claims on my U-5. I disputed it with FINRA and want to sue them for punitive damages. I lost my health benefits, my client base, and my job during this time. They fired me for using my cell phone camera in the Bank after hours, alleging I had a customer in there I was filming. I cooperated fully and showed them everything on my phone. They kept me on paid leave then fired me. I was hired by another firm, which issued a U-5 after 'customer deposits' allegations came up. I am now without a broker/dealer and have this on my record. What are my options for expungement, compensation, and clearing my name?
