I have moved across the country and opened a new bank account. I want to use checks written to me from my previous East Coast bank accounts to deposit some money into the new account. Additionally, I want to write a check to myself from my Bank of America account for approximately $4000 and cash it once it clears. Is this possible, and will the bank provide me with the money once the check clears?

I was fired from Merrill Lynch and they made false claims on my U-5. I disputed it with FINRA and want to sue them for punitive damages. I lost my health benefits, my client base, and my job during this time. They fired me for using my cell phone camera in the Bank after hours, alleging I had a customer in there I was filming. I cooperated fully and showed them everything on my phone. They kept me on paid leave then fired me. I was hired by another firm, which issued a U-5 after 'customer deposits' allegations came up. I am now without a broker/dealer and have this on my record. What are my options for expungement, compensation, and clearing my name?

My homeowners association refuses to communicate with me regarding questions about my monthly bill or any other matters. I have left phone messages and sent emails, but they have not responded. They filed paperwork in June alleging I owed back fees, and I was forced to pay lawyer fees and late charges. I pay HOA fees each month, but the bill is rarely the agreed-upon amount, and there is no explanation for assessments or late fees. They also did not return my calls when I left a message to get the gate code. What can I do to resolve this issue?
