Can I involuntarily withdraw members from an LLC in Maryland if the Articles of Organization were originally filed in 2010 without listing any members and the Operating Agreement was never filed with the state, especially when these members have breached the agreement by breaching fiduciary duties and failing to devote time as agreed?

I have an eviction hearing today for non-payment of rent in Arizona. I received an eviction notice last month and an amended notice for rent this month, which I was supposed to pick up at the post office but never received. I am in commission sales and was sick in October, which caused me to fall behind on rent. I tried to make a partial payment and negotiate with the landlord, but he refused. Is there any way to delay the hearing until I can get the money, and what can I do if I haven't received the amended notice before the hearing?

Will Utah have jurisdiction for a divorce on a family that moved back to Oregon, their home state, in July, after the husband filed for divorce in Utah in September, following the wife's earlier filing for separation in Oregon? Additionally, can the wife delay responding to the husband's Utah filing until 30 days after the jurisdiction issue is settled?

I received a Deposition In Aid Of Execution notice in the mail. I live in Pennsylvania and have a judgment against me. I don't own any property and still owe on my car. Do I have to attend the deposition, and is it necessary to bring all the items listed on the letter? What are my options if I don't want to attend, and what are assets in this context?

I'm a home improvement contractor in Connecticut in a dispute over payment with a customer. My contract was invalid because it did not conform with State of Connecticut statutes for home improvement contracts. I would like to proceed with a lawsuit claiming unjust enrichment for an amount just over $9,000. Would the legal fees make this suit unfeasible?
