The Attorney who represents the Defendant acted in bad faith by falsely accusing the Plaintiff of being unstable and discriminated against the Plaintiff during oral argument. The bar is refusing to take action against her, stating the Judge has to address her. How do I address the issue to the judge, by writing a letter or filing a motion?

Under IEP law, my child must receive an evaluation each year by the attending school. My child currently attends a private school and has yet to receive that reevaluation. She had a terrible year with her previous teacher and failed both Math and Social Studies. I had numerous parent-teacher conferences, but the year-end conference was with the teacher and principal. They are retaining her next year. What are my options?

I bought a property in Louisiana from the owner. The owner had a copy of the plat and the attorney wrote up the contract stating the property I bought identifying the plat which last updated in 1955. The attorney told me not to waste my money on title insurance for only $136 for he knew there were no liens and that was all it was good for. When building my home on the property, an issue came up with the setback line. I had it surveyed and the survey showed that part of the property I bought was not included. Does the attorney have an obligation or errors and omissions policy to cover his mistake? If I research and find out the buyer sold part to the city, can I file fraud charges? I purchased in November 2003. They are now widening the road and it is going right in front of my house. Please advise if I have recourse?
