Additionally, how does the Homestead Exemption in PA affect the Creditor's ability to force the sale of the asset if the homeowner's equity in the house is greater than the exemption? If the Defendants are found jointly and severally liable, would they all need to file for bankruptcy individually? If they file for bankruptcy to avoid paying the judgment and continue their lawless behavior, can a subsequent judgment be made exempt from bankruptcy discharge based on their previous actions?

In my state, fax filing is a legal form of service. The opposing attorney claims they did not receive the full fax and asked me to resubmit. I have the fax confirmation showing they received the full fax. I am worried that if I resubmit, they will claim I did not submit discovery soon enough.
