My son's car was searched at school and they found a THC vape pen and his hunting knife. The school had probable cause to search his car because his eyes were dilated. I live in an HOA with attached units where dues are higher than for detached homes. The HOA is responsible for attached roofs, but now they claim there's no money and are imposing a $4,000 special assessment on attached units.
