I need to reschedule the February 27 hearing for my Request for Order (RFO) to modify the stipulation agreement (MSA). Do I file an ex-parte notification with the court, or do I use Form FL-306 to request the court to reschedule the hearing? Additionally, on Form 300, there is a section for 'Time for Service / Time until Hearing'. Can I use this section to expedite the next hearing for my motion to modify the Marital Separation Agreement?
