I was let go after a hospital procedure the following day. Now I’m being bullied and harassed into vacating my living space and they have held my pay since October, 2022, the reason they say they are in trouble with IRS and cannot pay ANY employees. I am 64 years old with disabilities. They can put my on the streets in the middle of pandemic, recovering like this?

I worked for a restoration company in Indiana that I believe was defrauding insurance companies with false invoices. I was terminated possibly due to my pushback against this practice. I want to know if Indiana offers whistleblower compensation and what my legal exposure might be if I report this fraud. I need to reschedule the February 27 hearing for my Request for Order (RFO) to modify the stipulation agreement (MSA). Do I file an ex-parte notification with the court, or do I use Form FL-306 to request the court to reschedule the hearing? Additionally, on Form 300, there is a section for 'Time for Service / Time until Hearing'. Can I use this section to expedite the next hearing for my motion to modify the Marital Separation Agreement?

I was served a summons for a credit card debt I thought had been paid in full. I’m not denying the debt, but I need to know what my next step should be. I am in Texas, and the last payment was made in May 2019. The summons is from JP court, and it says civil citation at the top.
