If I have my children for more than 90 days, am I eligible for a rebate from paying child support?

My ex-husband's income has increased almost $25,000 a year since we got divorced a year ago. Am I entitled to more child support based on his income increasing? He has financial problems and a recent property foreclosure, but his income is still higher than it was when we divorced. Thank you in advance for your help.

If you were selling your business and a contract was drawn up that you would not open another business like it within so many miles, what is that type of contract called?

My old landlord took off with all the rent money from the building and left (he is now being sued by the owner). Now another company has taken over and is trying to collect for the months there was nobody running the building. During that time, no problems were being fixed, such as the electric being off in the building for a week, they stopped spraying and roaches were found by several tenants, my hot water tank was dripping, etc. Do I have to pay the full amount of rent for those months?
