My old landlord took off with all the rent money from the building and left (he is now being sued by the owner). Now another company has taken over and is trying to collect for the months there was nobody running the building. During that time, no problems were being fixed, such as the electric being off in the building for a week, they stopped spraying and roaches were found by several tenants, my hot water tank was dripping, etc. Do I have to pay the full amount of rent for those months?

My husband was given a breathalyzer test on the side of the road with a result of 1.65. He was already home for an hour before this, and they took him to the hospital where a blood test was done 20 minutes after the breathalyzer. What are the chances of the blood test being lower than the breathalyzer? Will it be a little lower since there was at least a total of 2 hours since he had his last drink?
