I had someone put trail cams in my farmyard without my permission. Is that legal, and if not, what are my options? Also, the person has permission to travel across the property to access storage, but did not ask for permission to place the cameras.

I do not disagree that I owe the amount, but I have attempted to settle (July 2020), but no response was received until the summons served yesterday. What are my options as I continue to lack the ability to pay in full on demand?
