I have a joint checking account with someone going through a divorce in Georgia. I am not married to or in a domestic partnership with this person, but I am a joint account holder. I need to know if the money in this account can be touched by the other person's spouse during the divorce proceedings, and what actions I can take to protect my access to the funds.

I received a lawsuit in the mail that states it hasn't been filed with the county clerk. The complaint asks for $2 million, and the plaintiff is my former business partner. I want to know if this is an actual lawsuit or just a document with words since it hasn't been filed and was left in my driveway. Is it improperly served and not a viable lawsuit?

I told one of my doctors I was doing well and not hallucinating recently, but other doctors and hospitals records indicate ongoing issues. I told the disability representative I was unable to work. Will I be approved for disability?
