I have a diagnosis of schizophrenia and have had several visits to different mental facilities for hallucinations and delusions. I told one of my doctors I was doing well and not hallucinating recently, but other doctors and hospitals records indicate ongoing issues. I told the disability representative I was unable to work. Will I be approved for disability?

I'm in a difficult spot with my employer due to changing workplace conditions and a recent incident where I was threatened by a newly hired employee. I've reported this to HR, but I don't feel safe returning to work without security. HR has warned that if I don't return, I could face disciplinary action up to termination. I need help asap.

My landlord has been harassing me about people using the vacant driveway next door, which are his relatives. I’ve asked them to park elsewhere, and he has told them it was fine. Today, while inside the laundromat, my landlord left a lease termination document stating that I am participating in the illegal sales of drugs on the property inside of my vehicle without me knowing. It has no official court seal or any notary. I am disabled and have never had any police contact at this residence. He has threatened to evict me via phone and text, now he is placing documents inside my vehicle and refusing to renew my lease due to me not being able to control what happens next door. My rent is paid up to date, I’ve been under my lease since 3/7/23, and up till last week, I’ve had no issues in regards to using the vacant driveway. However, the people he is complaining about are not my company but are his relatives. I’ve asked them to go elsewhere, and they moved to the other side, which he instructed them to do. The house I am renting is not registered nor has a certificate of occupancy/compliance.

My employer is trying to deduct the PTO I took in 2024 from my final paycheck because I didn't 'accrue it' even though all my PTO for this calendar year was available to me in our system. Do I have a case?

I was employed as a bartender for 5 years and was injured on the job a couple of times, denied workers' compensation, and never paid for any paid sick time. I have noticed on my paystubs that I was never paid for these incidents. Now that I have resigned, are they legally entitled to pay me for the hours I should have been paid?

Do you think it was necessary to include my name on the title or the deed in my petition for an ex-parte order of protection? The clerk suggested that I put the address he has been staying at for his residence, since we have been separated, which is his dad's home.
