In filing a Pro Se complaint, will the judge favor a complaint that is filed in a more traditional (lawyer-prepared) format, or is a standard (pro se) essay format acceptable? The current complaint, written by my girlfriend Pilar, is in essay form, filled with anger and emotion, and is almost 15 pages long. Hello, we have a hardworking, wonderful person driving our truck. However, she makes some bad mistakes, including filling up the diesel truck with unleaded, scraping the box portion of the truck on an advertising sign, and hitting a bridge. Because of the accident tonight, she will get 7 hours of overtime as she had to wait for the tow and ride back. What are my rights to handle this? Do I have to pay her overtime? Do I have to pay the fines? I attached photos from the bridge strike today.
