Dan, I filed a motion to compel the defense to respond to my interrogatories back on 3 November; that was the last day for discovery. Apparently, the judge has not ruled on the motion because I have not filed a Notice of Submission. How do I file a Notice of Submission?

Our rural neighborhood has 3 properties that are used as party spots for young people. They leave in the wee hours - probably not sober and we are concerned about accidents. What does it mean when a party is told anything by an expert witness concerning any matter, for the reason that such revelation would refer to hearsay, not subject to proper cross-examination by counsel for Movant, and for the further reason that such expert testimony would not be admissible without a proper predicate concerning the expert's qualifications and abilities to give such testimony?
