I am planning to buy a house in Texas soon but I have a trucking company in South Carolina (single member LLC). I don't limit my operation to only working within SC. I want to know my options as to what to do with the business. I don't own property in SC but I do plan to purchase property in SC after I get the home in TX. Do I have to move the business address and licenses to TX? What if I have homes in multiple states?

I was arrested in Henry County, GA, for 'driving while license suspended/revoked 40-5-21' and the charge was changed to 'no drivers license 40-5-20(A)'. I pleaded 'Nolo Contendre' and paid the fines. How is this incident recorded for me? Is it an arrest record? Is it an arrest for a criminal offense? Is it a conviction for a criminal offense? I was recently denied Global Entry due to 'you have been convicted and/or arrested for a criminal offense'. Should I attempt to appeal the Global Entry denial?

In a breach of contract and bad faith case in California state court, where the plaintiff is the customer and the defendant is the insurance company, the plaintiff is being asked to answer interrogatories about agreements and breaches. The plaintiff is unsure how to respond to question 50.2, which asks about any alleged breaches of agreement in the pleadings and requires details of each act or omission claimed as a breach. The plaintiff wants to know if they should list every instance of alleged misconduct (e.g., faked phone calls, failed emails, misrepresentations, ignored experts, unauthorized payments) or if they should only address specific instances mentioned in the pleadings.

SSA discovered the death in December 2017 and requested Treasury to collect overpayments. Treasury sent a notice of reclamation to WF in September 2018, asking for a refund of 69k, which was paid and deducted from the account. However, I calculate that 87k was the total overpaid. Will Treasury ask for another reclamation, and is it safe to close the account? Additionally, what is the statute of limitations on a matter like this?
