My current employer made me sign a document in India stating I should work under him for 2 years. Is this bond legal and can it impact my ability to change employers? In our subdivision, the Board of Directors requires that proxies for voting must be notarized, which most members dispute. The bylaws were changed a few years ago with the intention to eliminate this requirement, but a Board Member who is a lawyer insists that proxies still need to be notarized.
