If a judge dismisses your case, does it still show up on an employment background check?

I am looking for a good Social Security attorney for my disability claim. I have had a back fusion, my whole neck is fused, a scattered joint in my arm, a plate and hinge in my left arm, 28 screws in my back, and I cannot sit, stand, or walk for long periods, nor can I lift heavy items. I am going to file for disability, but I was told I haven't worked enough quarters. There are people who get disability benefits without ever working, often because they are obese or on drugs. I also have problems with depression. Can you refer me to a good SSI/disability lawyer?

My ex-employer discontinued paying mileage as of Jan 2009 due to the economic downturn. However, I found out that some people have been getting mileage reimbursement secretly. Is the selective and secretive method of reimbursement illegal?

I lied on my deposition to get my divorce, and my ex-husband also lied. If the attorney who took these depositions were to be notified of this, could this void the divorce due to the divorce having been granted under false pretenses? The divorce took place in Virginia.
