Due to my car being stolen along with my debit card on November 1, and almost $500 spent with my card, I was unable to pay my rent. It took nearly 3 weeks to recover the money spent on my card. By the time I had everything together, it was almost the end of November. When I received my SSDI benefit in my bank on the 29th, I called the property manager to request what the total was going to be with late fees. My rent is $635. The lease calls for a $75 late fee to be added on the 6th day and $10 for every day after until paid. I roughly estimated $960. They tell me that since December's rent will be due in a few days, I will be required to pay it as well. The property manager says I owe with December's rent a total of $2085, payable in all cash. What should I do?

I ordered two pairs of UGG shoes online from a website called 'www.madeinaustralin.com'. I received the shoes three days ago, but they look bad and were identified as counterfeit by the UGG Company store. I live in New York State. What should I do to get a refund or resolve this issue?

We reported a home health aid for theft and unauthorized key copying. The home care service is denying any wrongdoing and refusing to replace locks or missing items. We are unsure of our legal options and whether to pursue legal action against the agency due to our limited financial resources. What should we do?

A high school student crashed his car into my parked car, causing severe damage. The student had no driver's license or insurance, and the school police made the report. The parents came but did not discuss a plan to fix my car. My car was parked without insurance while waiting for my son to get his license. What are my options to get paid for the damages, and where do I start?
