During a federal case against the FBI, the judge did not allow evidence that would have helped prove my innocence, stating that if he did not understand the recorded conversation by the FBI, the jury would not understand it either. The judge then allowed the government attorneys to play two tapes for the jury and asked if they could understand them. Why wouldn't he allow my attorneys the same right?
